Customer Service Representative
We are looking to hire a dedicated, detailed oriented, team player for our Customer Service Team. As part of the CSR team, this position will be answering calls, taking phone orders, corresponding via email, billing, preparing orders for shipping department and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). We expect our team to provide exceptional customer service and need a strong associate with the same motivation and eagerness to deliver the best and most efficient customer service possible.
Job Description/Duties:
- Answering Phones
- Processing orders via phone & email
- Assisting with status of purchase orders, delivery status, shipping cost
- Daily Billing
- Emailing A/P invoices to customers
- Applying cash receipts with Credit Card invoices daily
- Working closely with our manufacturing plant (in-house) to check availability of products, check shipping status, any shipping discrepancies, obtain special freight charges (Next & 2nd Day Air)
- RMA’s – maintain TESTED RMA’s status and issue credits when applicable and approved
- Maintain Open Order reports
- Willing to support other areas of the business:
- Assisting with purchase orders reconciliation and pricing
- Accounts Payable
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills and able to maintain a courteous and positive attitude
- Must be reliable with consistent punctuality and attendance
- Able to multitask, critical thinker and excellent organizational skills a plus. Easily adaptable to change, team player.
Experience:
Required: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
A plus: Sage, Salesforce, Acumatica
